PropertyWatch, a product and registered brand of City Prime Realty LLC, sends non-marketing messages that help authorized property teams, tenants, occupants, vendors, contractors, and staff coordinate active property operations.
PropertyWatch does not use this program for unsolicited marketing. Messages identify PropertyWatch and may also name the property organization, building, unit, work order, or matter that gives the message context.
A landlord, manager, or staff user enters a mobile number and checks the separate, optional SMS/MMS consent box during PropertyWatch account registration.
A tenant or other authorized building contact receives a private PropertyWatch link and actively selects Text / MMS as an allowed channel.
An authorized vendor may affirmatively reply to a one-time PropertyWatch consent request before operational work-order texts are enabled.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel an account, lease, repair request, or service. PropertyWatch does not sell or rent mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
