Availability and supported equipment are being validated. No launch date is committed.
The work your team needs to organize
A pump alarm needs more than a notification. A manager needs to know which pit or pump is involved, who will respond, and whether the condition and repair have been verified.
A clearer operating record
The planned workflow connects a supported alarm to the building and equipment record, the responsible person, and a documented maintenance response.
The workflow we are developing
Pump and water signals
Planned support includes high-water alarms, reported pump faults, power-loss signals, and connection status where compatible equipment exposes those readings. Hardware and connection compatibility will be reviewed in the prototype.
An accountable response
The intended workflow creates or links an incident, notifies the permitted recipients, and connects follow-up tasks and work orders to the affected equipment.
Recovery and repair history
The planned record keeps the alarm, acknowledgment, readings, repair evidence, and confirmed recovery together. A missing signal must remain unknown rather than appearing as a repaired pump.
A practical place to start
01
Register interest and identify the pump, alarm device, and connected monitoring system.
02
Review device compatibility, alarm mapping, and authorized alert recipients in the prototype.
03
Validate the alarm-to-work-order and recovery workflow before enabling a building.
Can I connect my sump pump to PropertyWatch today?
This integration is upcoming. Compatible devices, connection methods, and pilot availability are still being validated. Register interest so we can review your equipment when the pilot is ready.
Register your interest and tell us about your equipment. We’ll review compatibility and contact you about pilot availability when the connection is ready.
