Connected equipment and building monitoring integrations
Connect supported equipment signals to PropertyWatch building records, alerts, tasks, and work orders. Heat-Timer and tekmar integration prototypes are underway; further connections are planned.
Availability and supported equipment are being validated. No launch date is committed.
The work your team needs to organize
Separate monitoring dashboards can report a condition without preserving who took responsibility, what work was assigned, or what evidence confirmed the result.
A clearer operating record
The planned integration layer brings supported equipment events into the same property operating record as agency matters, maintenance, contacts, and evidence.
The workflow we are developing
Connections reviewed by model
Heat-Timer and tekmar are the current prototype subjects. Other monitoring providers and building systems will be reviewed individually; manufacturer names do not imply support for every product or an official partnership.
Equipment linked to property work
The intended mapping connects each source, device, and signal to its authorized organization, building, and asset. Examples under review include boiler faults, sump-pump alarms, leaks, water levels, and heating temperatures.
Monitoring health
Planned connection-health indicators and last-observed timestamps keep stale, offline, and unavailable readings distinct from a normal equipment state.
A practical place to start
01
Tell us which equipment and monitoring systems your properties use.
02
Review the available connection method, signals, access, and prototype scope.
03
Validate property mapping, alert routing, and incident follow-up before enabling the integration.
Are these integrations already included in an active subscription?
They are upcoming and not activated by purchasing a plan today. Supported models, pilot access, device limits, and any integration or usage fees will be stated before enrollment. Hardware, installation, and manufacturer subscriptions are reviewed separately.
Register your interest and tell us about your equipment. We’ll review compatibility and contact you about pilot availability when the connection is ready.
